Request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Verify your email within one hour and confirm your request. Support reviews ownership, tenant responsibilities and retention obligations, processes eligible deletion or anonymisation, and emails confirmation. Processing time will be communicated after review.

Data normally deleted or anonymised

Profile information, login credentials and sessions, push notification identifiers, personal preferences and personal data no longer required are deleted or anonymised after verification, subject to retention obligations.

Data that may be retained

Invoices, payments, tax and accounting records, business transactions and certain attendance or employment records may be retained where required. Support will explain the applicable retention period and reasons for your request. Tenant closure requires organisational ownership review and administrator handover where applicable.
